  • As an Arizto agent I charge a flat $12,500 with a $650 admin fee (+ gst). If your property doesn't sell, you pay nothing. That's it. No upfront costs, no marketing fees, no surprises. For context, traditional agencies typically charge between 3 and 4% commission

  • Every property is different, so the time it takes to sell depends on factors such as pricing, location, presentation, and current market conditions. My goal is to position your home to attract the right buyers and achieve the best possible result in the shortest, realistic timeframe.

  • The Seller Dashboard gives you complete visibility throughout your property campaign, keeping you informed every step of the way. You can view key insights including the number of open home visitors, buyer feedback, average price feedback, and the progress of your campaign. You’ll also have access to your property marketing, including photos and campaign details, all in one convenient place. It’s designed to provide transparency, keep you connected, and give you confidence throughout the selling process.
